Vice President Internal: Jin Kim
Position Role:

• Room bookings
• Representative/communicator of club when having joint events with other clubs IN UBC
• Coordinate activities
• Establish ties with other clubs INSIDE UBC
• Support the VP External & DoC (eg. extra moral support when asking for sponsors XD)

Treasurer: Andrew Kwan
Position Role:

• Work with SAC and Finnance Commisions to get extra funding
• Apply for reimbursements for other Executives
• Make next years budgets
• Budget the funds correctly for all sorts of different financial situations to ensure that we have enough fund to use though out the year for events, showings (rentals), and purchases
• ensure that the club does not get disconstitutionalized by SAC by using outside sources of funding or other illegal reimbursements (ie. not through SAC)
• incharge of all money that goes in and out of the club (membership fees, donations etc.)
• take care of the cash box
• Required: Take the Treasurers Orientation (ie. sign in to SAC as the Treasurer for the club) before the due date otherwise the club will have problems participating in Clubs Day which is extremely bad since the club's revenue are based upon membership fees!
