Meet the exec team!

President: Andrew Kwan

Ruler of all things! :D Our great president hosts meetings and decides what needs to be done in the club. ;) Of course he also help pick up the slack in the club when nobody else steps up to do it. (Which is quite often Owo;)

Vice President: Jimmy Kwa

Mainly deals with relationship between other "organized groups". That means contacting other clubs (anime or not, on or off UBC) to organize potential joint events and maintaining relations with our sponsor(s).

Treasurer: Yvonne Hsiao

She keeps our money! XD In other words she manages the club's finance and make sure we don't run into the red ink zones when we buy DVDs or host events like dances. D:

Secretary: Gloria Chow

The presidents little helper! :D She takes minutes in meetings and purchase prizes for club events, so be nice to her because she gives you free stuff! :P

Director of Communications: H. Chin (aka Ki)

Bug this person when you don't get your email updates! >_< (or when you do, either case) Jobs include keeping you updated with emails and more or less maintain the site and the forum...of course, help is always welcome~ :P

Librarian: Alex Tothill-Brown

Keeper of the club DVD library. :) He keeps track of what we have and who took out what. He will also hunt you down if you don't return our DVDs. XD So go to him if you want to take out any club DVDs!

If you feel like contributing to the club and wish to be an exec member, please participate in our annual election to be voted to run this great club! :D Election happens every spring so prepare yourself!
