You're fellow Treasurer here, however, will be available for appointment to access DVD during non-showing times.

1. Go the the UBC anime club website's DVD catalogue to see what you want.
2. Choose a time and location when you can meet with Yvonne
Mon: 5pm-7pm, SUB to Gage residence area
Tuesday: 9am-12pm, 5-7pm SUB to Gage residence area
Wednesday: N/A
Thursday: N/A
Friday:N/A, come to showing.
May be subject to change, depending on my schedule. I'll give a heads up if I can't make it.
3. Email Yvonne at
RoboticanEmpire_Creator@hotmail.com, with "DVD appointment" in the title.
State the following in the email:
Membership number and name, Time and location you want to meet, DVDs you want to borrow.
I'll give you a reply as a method of confirmation that your "order" has been "processed". If you don't get a reply, it means that the email has been gobbled up by internet traffic. If you find that to be the case, please contact me via private message here instead.
NOTE: Send the email at least 48-24 hours before your appointment time. Not only will this help me prepare them before hand, it also helps with preventing "email lag". I've had emails lag up to 48 hours before ><...
