Maybe we can coordinate with AE so that they don't schedule anything good on Friday night? XD Then someone would be willing to run the showing.
August 13 is pretty much our best opportunity ever to showcase the club to non-UBC students. So it would be worth it to run something. A showing might not be a good focus since there will be anime showings throughout the entire weekend. Maybe we'll have a better chance to book Wood 6 or Irving 182 if we do it through AE?

I won't be able to make it to the August 6th showing. If possible, could someone help me record what anime gets shown on that day? Thanks in advance.

It's AE time! Which means Summer Showings gets a one-week reprieve.

wen i arrived at the library i was told that it closes at 5 wen i went into IRC.
Where exactley in the library is it ?

Where exactley in the library is it ? Oh, it's not in the biomedical library. The Woodward building has 6 lecture halls at the sides with big green numbers painted on the walls. The Wayfinding at UBC website groups the library with the rest of the Woodward building.

If you manage to locate the entrance of the library, then the lecture hall is less than 30 seconds walk from there. Look for gigantic numbers (1-6) on the wall, and find #4. That would be where the lecture hall is. It's on the same floor as the library. ;D Or just ask any innocent nerds being sitting in the general area outside the library. Most people should know where it is, since the lecture halls are all next to/across from each other. _________________
